I’m thankful I took up Speech and Boxing. Growing up, I was extremely timid. I didn’t have the balls to stand up for my friends or for myself. I couldn’t defend myself, and it was easy for me to be taken advantage of. But today, things are different. I have a voice, and it will be heard. I’m confident in my body, and I would not hesitate to use it to defend my friends and do what I think is right.
